Privacy Policy

ATIV is a static website. We do not run user accounts, we do not operate a comment system, and we do not sell personal information. This page describes, in plain language, the limited data involved in visiting the site.

When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which articles are read; we do not build individual visitor profiles and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Outbound links on ATIV are plain links to vendors' official sites: they carry no tracking parameters from us and earn us no commission. Vendors' own sites are governed by their own privacy policies. If you prefer, navigate to vendors directly by typing their addresses — the content here is identical either way.

If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists. Any future newsletter would be opt-in only, with an unsubscribe in every message, and this policy would be updated before it launches.

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to reply to it. Because we collect so little, most privacy questions resolve to 'we do not have it,' which is the outcome this policy is designed to produce. This policy may change as the site evolves; material changes will be dated here.
